Everyone always says "building is a nightmare!" There's some truth to that, building can be miserable. It was one of the scariest, most uneasy things we've ever committed to. You're putting a lot of money & trust into someone, in some cases, someone you just met. You hope it all goes smoothly, you hope it turns out just as you envision it. The best way to describe working with Matt, Craig, Clay & Brent, I'd say is like a relationship. Heck! maybe even a marriage. There needs to be trust, communication, honesty, patience & commitment. We had our share of obstacles, including EVERYTHING that came along w/ covid. We were able to persevere through it all, because they had all these qualities. The best part about going through this entire process, was going through it with these guys. They showed compassion, empathy & even sympathy @ times. They treated every situation like it was their own, they gave us the security & the reassurance that it was going to work out. We would highly recommend these four men to be along side you if you ever decide to take on the world of building. They will be there 100%. & yes, you'll have the ups and the downs, there may be some confusion or misunderstandings. Our advice to that is, ask questions, double check if you're unsure. They are all very knowledgeable & they keep communication lines open @all time. Don't hesitate to ask for advice or opinions. They are good, down to earth people. Brian and the crew that framed, were also great to work with. Anytime we stopped out, Brian was always there to greet us & eager to show us the progress. He was very informative & had great ideas/suggestions, which we were receptive of, & thankful for. When the ride is over & the dust settles, you will stand in your driveway looking @ your new home & it'll be exactly how you envisioned it. Thank you Matt, Craig, Clay, Brent & EVERYONE in-between! We truly enjoyed our experience. We both can honesty say... it was fun.

Matt and Clay will soon be building our dream home. Can't wait to see them start. So far, communication has been great and Matt and Clay have been very open with all the aspects of helping us get this project off of the ground. Will update more as the build progresses.
